Partnership working with DEEP in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw

tide is proud to announce that we are working with  DEEP (Dementia Engagement and Empowerment Project) in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Accountable Care System’s Dementia Task and Finish group. This group has been established to scope and develop a programme of work to improve the care of people affected by dementia across the Accountable Care System. Suggested priorities being scoped include:

  • long term care for people with highly complex needs relating to dementia (including those currently placed out of area)
  • making care planning meaningful and
  • dying well with dementia

Ourselves and DEEP have been included in the process to ensure that the work programme is co-produced with people living with dementia and family carers.
