Upcoming Carer Development Programme Modules

We have modules of the Carer Development Programme coming up in Scotland!

We have three opportunities for you to participate in our free Carer Development Programme modules. We will be running another Welcome to tide event in the East End of Glasgow as well as two sessions of our You Can't Pour from an Empty Cup module. As always, these modules are completely free and we will cover your expenses to get there. Please get in touch if you require replacement care to attend.

You Can't Pour from an Empty Cup In this workshop we will look at emotional wellbeing and how to look after it both throughout your involvement with tide and beyond. In a safe space we will cover the effects of stress on your thoughts and behaviours, we will identify unhealthy coping mechanisms and discover what healthy strategies look like for you.
