The Front of Mind campaign is hosting a parliamentary roundtable on Tuesday 25 October from 14:00 – 16:00. Hosted by Rt Hon Alun Cairns MP, the roundtable will explore how the diagnosis, care and support provided to people living with dementia and their carers can be levelled up across the country.

We want you to ask your own local MP to attend this event and have attached a template below for you to send to your local MP, across the 4 nations. To ensure that the event is attended by as many MPs as possible – and ultimately drives change for people with dementia and unpaid carers.
