An exciting opportunity has arisen and tide are looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team to help us continue strengthening and increasing the impact of tide in Scotland.
The Role
As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will work with the team in Scotland to deliver our inspiring and exciting Carers Development Programme (CDP) featuring our On Line learning sessions via zoom. You will work with the Head of tide Development and National Lead for tide in Scotland to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the Carer Development Programme including; development and design of new content, scheduling, registration of participants, delivery of content, follow up and after care, promotion of CDP and the capturing of evidence of impact from carers participating in the CDP and integrating that both in our internal and external evaluation processes.

Location: Home based in the first instance but the role is based within our Glasgow Office in Robertson House and we expect to return to office working as soon as it is safe to do so
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 D.O.E
Hours: Full time - 35 hours – 5 days
Duration: Fixed Term Contract until August 2021 (with option to extend)

About You
As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will:
- Support a systematic process of engaging with carers and supporting them to participate in the Carer Development Programme
- Work with the Head of tide Development and National Lead for Scotland and our Regional Carer Involvement Leads engaging with carers and former carers to co-design and develop new content for the Carer Development Programme that will meet the emerging needs of tide members;
- Help to ensure that carers feel welcomed, valued and understand their role and commitment;Work with the Head of Tide Development and National Lead for Scotland to co-ordinate and deliver our on line learning sessions via zoom
- Promote the effective use of evaluation and feedback mechanisms so that we can ensure our development programme is relevant & of high quality
