The Welsh Government has set out a strategy for unpaid carers setting out national priority areas for action. A more detailed delivery plan will follow in autumn 2021. tide members from Wales were on the Engagement group and were able to ensure the voice of the unpaid carer informs policy development and delivery. The group will continue to work with Welsh Government and the Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Group for Carers  to discuss the strategy and how they can work with the Ministerial Advisory Group to make sure it is implemented in a way that makes a positive difference for carers.
