An exciting opportunity has arisen and tide are looking for a dynamic Regional Carer Involvement Lead covering the Central Belt and the West of Scotland areas joining our team to help us continue strengthening and increasing the impact of tide in Scotland.
The Role
Working closely with a wide range of partners at local community level, you will have a key role in identifying and recruiting carers and former carers to tide; ensuring that their development needs are identified and met through our unique Carer Development Programme as well as creating and supporting opportunities for carers to influence and create change

Location: Home based in the first instance but the role is based within our Glasgow Office in Robertson House and we expect to return to office working as soon as it is safe to do so
Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 D.O.E (pro rata)
Hours: 28 hours – 4 days (days are flexible)
Duration: Fixed Term until February 2021 (option to extend in line with funding)

About You
As Regional Carer Involvement Lead, you will:
- Have experience of caring and or understanding of dementia and the emotional and practical challenges families experience
- Be adept at developing and maintaining successful partnerships and building strong external relationships.
- Have a ‘hands on’, ‘can do’ attitude to raising the awareness and impact of tide.
- Knowledge of how the health, social care and voluntary sectors work in Scotland
